Background
The building area of this electromechanical equipment factory is about 10,000 square meters. It adopts a steel structure and is simply decorated, with two floors.
Dilemma
①.In mechanical and electrical equipment factories, the processed metal products produce a large amount of iron filings, which float in the air and are difficult to discharge. Inhaled by people, it is easy to cause diseases;
②. Processing equipment generates a large amount of heat when operating. In summer, the working environment becomes hotter and hotter, causing irritability and distraction. Improper use of equipment can cause injuries to employees, which will also affect work efficiency; ③.The equipment in the factory is made of metal, and moisture in the air will cause corrosion and damage to the equipment in the long term, causing economic losses.
Effect
● The upper and lower parts of the factory are 5,000 square meters each. Among them, 10 7.3-meter KF series industrial large fans are installed in the operation workshop on the first floor, and 6 RF series industrial large ceiling fans are installed in the product storage area on the second floor. A total of 16 units are installed;
● Large industrial ceiling fans use large fan blades to drive large air volumes and cover a wide area.
