Background
This storage center covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has a huge area and a rich variety of goods.The center is relatively closed and has poor air circulation. The hot and muggy summer weather.
Dilemma
①.This storage center is a steel structure factory building with strong heat absorption and a lack of insulation layer. In summer, the indoor temperature is significantly higher than that outdoors, intensifying the muggy environment.
②. The storage center has few windows and doors and a small area, which limits the natural ventilation path, resulting in poor air circulation； ③. The goods are piled up too high or are placed too densely, blocking the ventilation openings, windows and the air supply channels of the equipment, thereby hindering the natural flow of air； ④.The air conditioning system cannot better adapt to the storage environment, resulting in high cooling energy consumption and inability to achieve uniform air distribution.
Effect
