Background
 This base covers an area of 2,000 square meters. The core experience areas such as the simulator cabin and flight simulator operation area are designed in a closed style to achieve an immersive effect. There are few windows and most of them cannot be opened, resulting in poor natural ventilation. The base mainly receives primary and secondary school study tour groups and aviation training students. The daily visitor flow can reach 300 - 500 people, and during holidays, it can reach as high as 800 people.After installing large fans, the ventilation in the enclosed areas is improved, solving the problem of sweltering heat, enhancing the visiting experience, optimizing the comfort level in crowded areas, aligning with the aviation theme, and increasing the immersive effect of the scene.

Dilemma
①.The core experience area (simulated cockpit, simulator cabin) adopts a closed or semi-closed design for an immersive effect. Natural ventilation is completely restricted and can only rely on mechanical systems;

②.The large-power devices such as flight simulators and avionics equipment continuously generate heat. Coupled with the strict requirements of the equipment for temperature and humidity, the ventilation system is burdened with the task of cooling and temperature control;

③. The dense crowd creates a "combined heat load" of both equipment and personnel, far exceeding the conventional design expectations of the ventilation system, thereby exacerbating the problems of heat and poor air quality;

④. The ventilation requirements for different functional areas (closed operation rooms, spacious exhibition halls, and stepped classrooms) vary significantly. A unified ventilation system is unable to ensure balanced ventilation throughout the entire area.

Effect
Precisely improve the ventilation in enclosed areas to solve the problem of sweltering heat
Install large industrial fans on the top of the model. With their extremely large air volume and wide coverage, these fans can create forced convection within the model, rapidly replacing the accumulated hot air and unpleasant odors, directly alleviating the stuffiness in the enclosed space. There is no need to rely on a power-deficient centralized ventilation system; instead, efficient local ventilation can be achieved.;

Reduce energy consumption while meeting the operational requirements of the equipment
The energy consumption of large industrial fans is much lower than that of air conditioners. During spring, autumn, or in the early and late morning when the temperature is suitable, only the ceiling fan needs to be turned on to meet the ventilation and cooling requirements within the model, reducing the operating time of the central air conditioning system. At the same time, the fan generates a gentle airflow, unlike strong exhaust equipment, which will not cause direct blowing damage to the avionics simulation devices and display components within the model. This not only ensures the stable operation of the equipment but also reduces the overall operating costs.
