Background
This food materials warehouse covers an area of 20,000㎡. As a professional storage facility for fresh agricultural products, grains and oils, and materials, it stores goods that are supplied to industries such as food processing, restaurant chains, schools and supermarket distribution. The warehouse is equipped with large-scale supporting facilities, including temperature-controlled refrigeration equipment, automated sorting and conveying lines, and inspection areas, etc.
Dilemma
①.The ceilings of the warehouses are generally quite high. The hot air rises and gathers at the top, making the ground food storage area extremely hot;
②.Dense shelves, palletized stacking barriers block the airflow, and the air does not circulate in the deep aisles, corners of the warehouse, and inside the shelves, resulting in a stuffy and smelly environment; ③. This food storage warehouse is a sealed and insulated structure. The traditional windows have a very small ventilation capacity.
