Fans User:Energy Equipment Factory
Customer area:Wuhan, China
Application products:8 sets of 7.3m/24ft RF2 series ceiling fans

Background
This energy equipment factory covers an area of 15,000㎡. As a professional manufacturing and production base for new energy equipment, power transmission facilities and supporting spare parts, it produces products that are supplied to industries such as power grid operation, new energy power generation, industrial engineering and municipal infrastructure construction. The factory is equipped with complete large-scale supporting facilities, including precision intelligent processing equipment, automated assembly and testing production lines, and professional quality inspection workshops, etc.

Dilemma
①.Welding equipment, inspection units, heat treatment fixtures, and high-power test benches continuously generate heat and radiate it. The hot air rises and accumulates on the roof. The lower-level operation positions are constantly exposed to high temperatures, with a significant temperature difference between the upper and lower levels;

②.The welding and grinding processes generate smoke and dust. The air circulation in the enclosed factory is poor, and the exhaust gas is prone to accumulate in the gaps between equipment and around workstations. It is difficult to achieve a complete air replacement merely by relying on local dust removal;

③. The welding area and aging test area are constantly exposed to high temperatures, while the remote assembly area has insufficient ventilation. There are concentrated hot spots in certain areas, and the overall temperature in the space is difficult to be balanced;

④. The finished products and components of energy equipment are relatively large in size. The production lines are often reorganized, and the ground ventilation equipment can easily impede the material transportation and the lifting of large items.

Effect
Global air circulation, optimizing the thermal environment of the workshop
From top to bottom, a large-scale three-dimensional airflow is formed, breaking the thermal stratification in large buildings, dispersing the accumulated hot air on the roof, balancing the temperature in the workshop, alleviating the local high temperature problems at welding stations and aging test areas, and reducing the temperature difference in the area;

Improve the working conditions for employees and ensure assembly quality
Continuous airflow accelerates the evaporation of human sweat, resulting in a sense of cooling. This alleviates the fatigue caused by high temperatures in summer, enhances workers' concentration, and reduces the risk of human errors during the precise assembly of energy equipment;

The site has strong adaptability and does not interfere with the production schedule.
Top-mounted installation, without occupying the ground operation space or transportation channels, does not hinder the hoisting of large energy components or the stacking of parts. It facilitates flexible adjustment of the production line layout. Each unit has a wide coverage area. A small number of equipment can achieve ventilation in a large factory building. There is no need to densely arrange a large number of small fans. The on-site wiring is neat and beautiful;

Energy conservation and emission reduction, achieving long-term use throughout the year
Multi-functional use, operates throughout the year: provides ventilation and cooling in summer; enhances air circulation in spring and autumn to disperse exhaust gases and dust; in winter, depresses the hot air in the roof to raise the temperature at the bottom layer and reduce heating energy consumption.
