Background
The facility functions as the core storage center of an auto parts processing factory. It boasts a vast usable area, and each single floor reaches an impressive height of 10 meters. However, the building’s structural layout leads to extremely poor natural ventilation; hot air and dampness get trapped overhead with no effective channels for air exchange, creating a persistently muggy storage environment.
Dilemma
①.Mass heat generated by stamping, welding and machining equipment leads to concentrated high temperature above workstations;
②.Production lines, machine tools and multi-layer racks block airflow, creating countless airless dead zones; ③. Sealed warehouse structures lack natural ventilation windows, trapping heat and moisture all year round; ④. High ceilings of 6–10 meters cause severe thermal stratification; hot air accumulates at the top while the ground remains stuffy.
